We fund residential properties in cities and towns with 10,000+ residents in Alberta and Ontario. Properties in any condition qualify, including those that traditional lenders won't touch. Properties up to $1.5M don't require an appraisal. Multi-family properties with more than four units do.
Our in-house real estate analysts assess after-repair value (ARV) based on your renovation plan and recent comparable sales in the area.
We understand that renovations don't always go to plan. If your project needs more time, we can discuss an extension before your term expires. The earlier you communicate with us, the more options we have.

Protect your personal information. This company experienced a data breach and unnecessarily compromised my personal banking information despite not needing to store that information any longer. I reached out and spoke with their Chief Risk Officer many times for more information on the issue but he could not share many details. They assured me that the “experts” they consulted determined the risk to be minimal and offered a one year subscription to a credit monitoring agency. After researching, I requested an extension because I was not satisfied with 12 months of coverage. Many emails and phone calls later, the answer was a flat out “no”. The conversation remained amicable but it’s clear that no exceptions will be made and their relationship with me as a former client was not important. Two stars were given due to their initial response, the rest were docked because of their lack of transparency and unwillingness to compromise.
