We understand every investment is different. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive from real estate investors.
While we don't fund renovations separately, we lend up to 85% of your After-Repair Value (ARV), not just the purchase price. This gives you access to more capital upfront to cover renovations. Alternatively, you can use equity from another property you own through a blanket mortgage to fund renovations. You'll need to show proof of funds for your down payment, renovation costs, and carrying costs.

Protect your personal information. This company experienced a data breach and unnecessarily compromised my personal banking information despite not needing to store that information any longer. I reached out and spoke with their Chief Risk Officer many times for more information on the issue but he could not share many details. They assured me that the “experts” they consulted determined the risk to be minimal and offered a one year subscription to a credit monitoring agency. After researching, I requested an extension because I was not satisfied with 12 months of coverage. Many emails and phone calls later, the answer was a flat out “no”. The conversation remained amicable but it’s clear that no exceptions will be made and their relationship with me as a former client was not important. Two stars were given due to their initial response, the rest were docked because of their lack of transparency and unwillingness to compromise.
